JACKSONVILLE – Jacksonville State's football game day atmosphere will get an enhancement this weekend with the debut of The Roost, a reserved tailgating area in front of Kennamer Hall.

The Roost will feature 38 reserved tailgating tents that are already set up and will be available on a first-come-first-served basis, beginning at 9 a.m. for this weekend's game against West Alabama. Use of the tents, which will include a folding table, will be free for this weekend's game against West Alabama and will then be available for $25 per game starting with the Oct. 4 game against UT Martin.

The area will be open from 9 a.m. until 8 p.m. on game days and fans can reserve their tent by visiting the Tailgate Headquarters in the center of Kennamer Hall field beginning at 9 a.m.
