MONTGOMERY, Ala. – The Jacksonville State women's tennis team wrapped up its weekend at the Alabama State Invitational with a 4-0 win over Alabama A&M on Sunday.

The Gamecocks remained undefeated, improving to 6-0 on the season, while dealing the Bulldogs their second loss in a row. JSU finished the weekend with a win over Alabama State and two against Alabama A&M.

Elena Tendero claimed her matchup over Shrarre Smith (6-2, 6-1) at No. 3,
Marine Alberteau topped Ayana Kawai (6-0, 6-2) at No. 4 and
Katrina Kreslina won 6-1, 6-4 over Nthabiseng Mashengo at No. 6.

Genevie Ulanday and Tendero teamed up to take the first doubles set, and
Diana Monsalve and Alberteau secured the doubles point.

JSU returns home Feb. 20 to take on Kennesaw State at the JSU Tennis Courts at noon.
