2023: Saw action in seven games for the Gamecocks in his first season after transferring from College of San Mateo in Calif. … played in a competitive running back room and served in short-yardage situations, scoring four touchdowns and running for 60 yards on 21 carries … ran for 32 yards and two scores on seven carries against ETSU … also had rushing touchdowns against Eastern Michigan and at Middle Tennessee.
PRIOR TO JAX STATE:
Comes to Jax State from the College of San Mateo in San Mateo, Calif., where he played two seasons for head coach Tim Tulloch…in 2022, led the Bulldogs to a 12-1 record and the CCCAA State Championship…in 10 games, ran 87 times for 477 yards and five touchdowns, an average of 5.5 yards per carry…also caught eight passes for 100 yards and a touchdown and returned seven kickoffs for 233 yards and one 95-yard return for a touchdown…in the state championship game against Riverside, ran for 148 yards and two scores on 14 carries…in eight games in 2021, he ran for 602 yards and four scores on 86 carries, an average of 7.0 yards per rush and 75.3 yards per game…added five catches for 128 yards and two touchdowns in 2021.
HIGH SCHOOL: Signed with Virginia Tech in 2019 out of East Rockingham High School in Elkton, Va., where he was a three-year letterwinner for head coach Donnie Coleman…earned first-team all-state honors and named the team’s player of the year as a senior after rushing for 2,644 yards on 237 carries and 38 total touchdowns…also named the Shenandoah District and Region 2B Player of the Year.
