Loy comes to Jacksonville State as one of the most decorated players in Adair County High School history, leaving as the all-time leading scorer for the Indians, having scored 3,019 career points in high school...Loy led the state of Kentucky in assists both his junior and senior campaigns...He earned All-State honors twice in his high school career, also being named the 5th Region Player of the Year, Kentucky Mr. Basketball Finalist and helping lead Adair County to two Region Championships.
