Biography

JSU CAREER
2022:
Made 48 starts in 54 appearances in her fourth year with the Gamecocks...scored 18 runs on 35 hits in 140 at-bats to make up a .250 batting average...also drove in 11 RBIs to go with 4 doubles for a .279 slugging percentage...drew a team-high 21 walks to finish with a .352 on-base percentage...in her first season in the outfield, she recorded 95 put-outs and an assist to end the season with a .960 fielding percentage.

2021: Started in 19 of 29 of her appearances in her junior season with the Gamecocks...scored seven runs on 13 hits and had a .236 batting average...also had two doubles, four RBI and her first career home run at Tennessee State on March 3 to make up a .327 slugging percentage...from the infield, she recorded 25 putouts, 25 assists and just two errors for a .962 fielding percentage.

2020: Started in all 20 games played in her second year at JSU...scored eight runs on 13 hits and made 52 plate appearances...also picked up two doubles and five...from the infield she recorded 29 put-outs with 28 assists before the season ended early due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019: Started 35 games in 43 appearances in her Freshman year with the Gamecocks... had 26 hits, 6 doubles, and 14 RBIs in 107 at-bats... finished the season with a batting average of .243 and a .299 slugging percentage... from the infield she had 32 put-outs with 26 assists and 12 errors for a fielding percentage of .829

HIGH SCHOOL
Played for head coaches Amanda Ellis, Rebecca Davis and Becky Seymour at Moody High School in Moody, Ala…two-time MVP for the Blue Devils and a four-time all-state player from 2015-18…named to the Super all-State Team in 2017…four-time first-team all-area and all-county performer…selected to play in the 2017 North-South All-Star Game…career .466 hitter with 266 runs scored, 340 hits and 182 stolen bases, all four of which rank in the top 20 in the AHSAA record books…led MHS to two second-place finishes in the state and a third-place finish in 2017.…as a junior in 2017, hit .534 with six home runs and 51 RBI from the leadoff spot for the Blue Devils……also a two-time all-county volleyball player at MHS.

PERSONAL
Born on Sept. 7, 1999, in Birmingham, Ala…the daughter of Bubba and Gina Wagnon…has an older sister, Taylor…father played at Montevallo and in the New York Mets organization…already earned her degree in sports management from JSU.
