CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Jacksonville State women's tennis team dropped back-to-back Ohio Valley Conference matches on the road Friday and Saturday at Murray State and Austin Peay, falling 5-2 and 6-1, respectively.
Â
Murray State 5, Jacksonville State 2
Diana Monsalve and
Alba Conejero each earned individual victories over the Racers, but the pair of points were not enough to fend off a strong showing by the home team. Murray State picked up the doubles point and took four of the single flight's possible six points.
Â
The Gamecocks' lineup was at full strength for the first time since February. Since competing in the Alabama State Invitational Feb. 10 – 12, JSU had not fielded a full lineup of six.
