2012: Played in 50 of the Gamecocks’ 56 games as a junior, earning the starting nod in 42 of them…hit .295 with seven doubles, four homers and 21 RBI on the year…hit .293 in OVC play with two home runs and 10 RBI…a .355 hitter when leading off an inning and was one of the Gamecocks’ best pinch hitters with a .429 average…had a pinch-hit home run vs. Southern Illinois on Feb. 17…against Tennessee State on April 4, doubled, homered and drove in a season-high four runs in a Gamecock win…had nine multi-hit games, including a 3-for-4 effort against Eastern Illinois in the OVC Tournament…went 6-for-11 in JSU’s three elimination games in the OVC Tournament.

2011: Played in 57 of the Gamecocks’ 61 games as a sophomore, starting 54 of them…hit .311 with eight doubles, six home runs and 30 RBI to earn Second Team All-OVC honors…in OVC play, hit .301 with five doubles, three homer and 18 RBI…in the OVC Tournament, hit .429 with a double and three RBI to earn all-tournament honors…recorded 15 multi-hit games, including three three-hit games…went 3-for-4 with two RBI in the OVC Championship game vs. Southeast Missouri on May 15…went 2-for-3 in a win over Illinois-Chicago in the NCAA Louisville Regional on May 21…got her average above .300 on March 22 with a 3-for-4 game against Tennessee State and never saw it drop below the rest of the year…drove in four runs at Tennessee Tech on April 7, thanks to a grand slam.

2010: Saw action in 29 games as a true freshman for the Gamecocks and was penciled in the starting lineup for 22 of them…hit .250 with seven runs scored, three home runs and 12 RBI…in OVC play, posted a .259 average with a homer and two RBI…hit her first career homer in her second-career game, a three-run shot against Southern on Feb. 27, a game in which she drove in four runs…homered at Morehead State on April 10 and went 2-for-3 in the game, one of three multi-hit games.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played four seasons for head coach Heather Darmon at Wylie High School in Wylie, Texas…was the Pirates’ Offensive MVP as a sophomore, junior and senior, while also earning Team MVP honors as a senior…a second-team all-state player as a senior after earning honorable mention honors as a junior…in her senior year, hit .396 with 30 RBI and eight stolen bases, while also posting a 16-9 record and a 1.96 ERA in the circle and a .987 fielding percentage in the field…in her career, hit .377 with 86 RBI and 29 steals, while also totaling a 31-19 record, a 1.88 ERA and 235 strikeouts…a four-time all-district performer and participant in the 2009 TGCA Texas All-Star 4A/5A Game, she received Player of the Week and Player of the Month accolades from several publications, including the Dallas Morning News…played travel ball for Texas Glory.

PERSONAL: Born on January 21, 1991, in Dallas, Texas…the daughter of Scott and Debby Ruth…is majoring in biology at JSU.
