2016: Appeared in 58 games for the Gamecocks as a junior and was in the starting lineup 57 times…hit .308 with seven doubles, eight home runs and 36 RBI…led the team with 25 walks while striking out just 17 times in 169 at bats…recorded two hits in a game 15 times…batted .316 in OVC games as the Gamecocks finished the regular season with a 26-0 mark in conference…had a .994 fielding percentage while having only one error in 158 putouts and 19 assists…struck out more than one in a game only once the entire season…batted a team-best .338 with two outs among hitters with more than 44 opportunities…finished with a .368 batting average with runners in scoring position…finished with three hits in the OVC Tournament…had three hits at the NCAA Regionals in Auburn…earned All-OVC First Team honors.
2015: Appeared in 31 games for the Gamecocks as a sophomore and was in the starting lineup 17 times…hit .268 with three doubles, two home runs and 16 RBI…tied for the team-lead in pinch hit appearances with 11…had three multi-hit games and four multi-RBI games…struck out just four times and drew eight walks in 56 at bats…batted .429 against left-handed pitchers…hit a 3-run home run during her lone at bat in the OVC Tournament.
2014: Appeared in 33 games for the Gamecocks as a true freshman and was in the starting lineup 13 times…hit .283 with a double, three home runs and 14 RBI…led the team with 14 pinch hit appearances…hit her first career home run against St. Bonaventure on Feb. 14…had three multi-hit games and two multi-RBI games…struck out just three times and drew six walks in 53 at bats.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Glencoe High School under head coach Amy Barker Travis…named first team all-state in 2012 and 2013…also earned first team all-district honors in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 while being named first team all-region in 2012…was named a Small School All-American in 2013 after hitting 19 homeruns for the Yellow Jackets.
PERSONAL: Born on February 14, 1995, in Gadsden, Ala.…the daughter of Kenneth and Shannon McGuire…has older brother, Bradley…is majoring in business at JSU.
