HIGH SCHOOL: Played four seasons at Wewahitchka High School in Wewahitchka, Fla…was named the Gators’ Team MVP in her freshman, sophomore and junior seasons before suffering an injury in her senior year…despite injury was still third-team all-state as a senior after receiving first team all-state honors in her first three seasons…in her career with the Gators, hit .400 with 25 home runs, while boasting a 56-4 record and an ERA under 1.00 in the circle…led the Gators to state 2A titles in 2007 and 2008 and earned Big Bend Player of the Year recognition from the Tallahassee Democrat in both of those seasons…an All-Big Bend Team honoree in 2006, 2007 and 2008…also lettered in basketball…played travel softball for Team North Florida and posted a career .400 average while winning more than 20 games each summer…led her team to a fifth-place finish in the 2009 18u ASA National Tournament.

PERSONAL: Born on November 17, 1990, in Panama City, Fla…the daughter of Don and Dee Rich…has an older brother, Shawn…was an honor student at Parrish High School…is undecided on a major at JSU.
