2026: Started in all 61 games at third base in her sophomore season with the Gamecocks. Jaci picked up six multi-hit games throughout the season and finished the year with a .259 average at the plate with 37 hits, 37 runs scored and 22 RBIs. Underwood had her lone home run of the season on Feb. 28 against ULM. Additionally, the Georgia native tallied her second three-hit game of her career against Missouri State on April 18, where she batted 3-for-5 at the plate, with three RBIs and two runs scored.
2025: Started all 58 games as a freshman, Jaci finished the season with a .282 average at the plate totaling 44 hits, 28 RBI, 5 home runs, 2 triples, 13 stolen bases, and was tied for 4th on the team for being walked 18 times. She tallied 54 putouts and led the team in assists with 113 and held a fielding percentage of .971. Underwood was named to the CUSA All Freshman team alongside teammate Haleigh Cushingberry.
HIGH SCHOOL
Prepped under coach Steven Wilcox at Jeff Davis High School in Hazlehurst, Ga…Helped lead the Yellow Jackets to two state championship appearances, including a 2A State Championship Title in 2022…is a two time All-Region selection and two time Region Player of the Year…named the GACA 2A Player of the Year her both her junior and senior seasons…set a new program record for hits in a season her senior year.

Born April 27 in Dublin, Ga…daughter of Chad and Autumn Underwood…has two siblings, Chanleigh and Ross.
