PRIOR TO JAX STATE: Transferred to Jax State from Clemson, where he spent five seasons with the Tigers … an All-ACC Academic Team member … in his Clemson career, played in 38 games and started at wide receiver in six … caught 38 passes for 372 yards and two touchdowns in his career with the Tigers … signed with Clemson out of Calhoun High School in Calhoun, Ga. … a wide receiver and safety, was the GHSA Region 6 AAA Athlete of the Year and a first-team all-region player … as a senior, had 49 catches for 719 yards and seven touchdowns … on defense, had 47 tackles, five tackles for a loss and five interceptions … named the County Player of the Year and led CHS to the 2017 state championship.
