JAX STATE CAREER:
2024: Played 13 games with six starts...finished with 12 catches for 72 yards...Had five catches for 31 yards in double overtime game at Eastern Michigan (9/14)...Caught two balls for 24 yards in win at Liberty (10/30)....Served as a game captain four times (Week 1, Week 8, Week 11, Conference Championship).  

2023: Played in the final nine games of the season and started the last four regular season contests at wide receiver after recovering from a foot injury suffered before the season…caught 12 passes for 150 yards on the year…had a season-high five receptions for 53 yards against Western Kentucky...season-best 29 yard pass reception came against South Carolina…had two catches for 34 yards in the New Orleans Bowl win over Louisiana.

2022: Started all 11 games for Jax State in the Gamecocks’ final FCS season…hauled in 11 catches for 139 yards…had a season-high five catches at Murray State on Sept. 10 for 63 yards…a 33-yard catch against the Racers turned into a career long…helped the Gamecocks to an undefeated ASUN championship.

2021: Had his breakout season with 37 catches for 524 yards as a redshirt-freshman…appeared in all 11 games for the Gamecocks, finishing second on the team in both receptions and yards…his 15.5 yards per catch were the highest among any Gamecock to play at least 10 games…pulled down a season-high 93 receiving yards against UT Martin on Sept. 25, including his first career touchdown…also caught touchdown passes at Kennesaw State and at Lamar to finish the season with three scores. 

FALL 2020/SPRING 2021: Made appearances in two contests in his first season with the Gamecocks…made his first career carry against North Alabama on October 17.

2019: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped for head coach Brian Mintz at Westbrook Christian School in Rainbow City, Ala…a second-team all-state performer for the Warriors, while also earning first-team all-region and all-district honors…had over 1,200 yards and 12 touchdowns as a senior for WCS.

PERSONAL: Born on Dec. 6, 2000, in Birmingham, Ala…the son of Tara Cook…has two older sisters – Kiya and Tiara, and two younger brothers – Levi and Trey…majoring in business at JSU.
