Played for head coach Bryant Johnson at Robert E. Lee High School in Montgomery, Ala…was named the Generals team MVP all three seasons on the varsity squad…was a first team all-state performer in each his junior and senior seasons, and was a three-time first team all-district and all-region player…was named the MVP of the Vigor Invitational in 2006-07…as a senior, was named to the All-Tournament Team at the AHSAA Central Regional, where he led the Generals to the finals…selected to participate in the AHSAA’s North-South All-Star Game, as well as the Alabama-Mississippi All-Star Game.
