2009-10
Appeared in 29 of the Gamecocks’ games as a sophomore earning the starting nod in 20 of them…was fourth on the team in scoring with 8.6 points per game and fourth in rebounding with 4.9 boards per contest…shot 47 percent from the floor and 69 percent from the free throw line…scored a season-high 20 points in the first round of the OVC Tournament at Morehead State on March 2, thanks to a 7-for-16 effort from the floor…recorded two double-doubles, his first a 14-point, 15-rebound night against UAB on Nov. 17…had 10 points and 13 boards at UT Martin on Jan. 16…scored in double figures 13 times, including the last three games of the season…had nine rebounds twice…attempted 10 or more shots from the floor in each of the final five games of the year…played a season-high 35 minutes in the OVC Tourney game at Morehead State.

2008-09
Appeared in 25 games for the Gamecocks as a true freshman, starting five and missing a few games to injuries…averaged seven points 4.3 rebounds per game, while shooting .451 from the floor and .300 from behind the arc…was named the OVC’s Freshman of the Week on Dec, 8 after scoring a season-high 19 points in a Dec. 6 win at Tennessee Tech…in that game, he was 8-for-15 from the floor and 2-for-2 from behind the 3-point line while grabbing 10 rebounds, dishing two assists and grabbing two steals…had one other double-double, vs. Eastern Kentucky (11 pts., 10 reb.) on Feb. 7…scored in double figures seven times, including 18 points at Georgia State on Nov. 22…added 14 points in the season finale against Tennessee Tech, hitting four of his six attempts from the field and six of his nine from the free throw line.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played for coaches Zeinu Tamimu and Greg Moore at Erwin High School in Birmingham, Ala…was an honorable mention all-state performer as a senior for the Eagles, averaging 19 points, 13 rebounds, six assists, five steals and three blocks per game…was named the Northeast Player of the Year and led EHS to titles at the Jefferson County Tournament and the AHSAA Northeast Regional Tourney…played AAU basketball for the Birmingham Bearcats and the Birmingham Challenge…averaged 22 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists, four steals and three blocks in his final season of AAU.

Born on Oct. 22, 1989, in Birmingham, Ala…the son of Robert E. Hall, Sr. and Henria Hall…the youngest of four children, has one brother, Robert E. Hall, Jr., and two sisters, Dedra and Quiana Davis…is majoring in business at JSU.
