HIGH SCHOOL
Played four seasons at Lanier High School in Jackson, Miss…an all-state performer as a senior and also the state’s leading shot blocker…averaged seven rebounds and six blocks per game in leading the Bulldogs to their third-straight state championship and a 27-3 record…led LHS to a combined 76-14 record over those three seasons, whiel averaging 10 points, nine boards and six blocks over his career…played in the Mississippi All-Star Game, and was also named to all-star teams at the I-10 Elite Camp and the Reebok Camp…broke the LSH career record for blocks with 195…also lettered in track, where he qualified for the state meet in the long jump…an honor student at LHS.

Born on Aug. 13, 1992, in Jackson, Miss…the son of Louis Thomas and Nelda Cornelius…has two older brothers, Devin and Kemp…is maoring in physical therapy at JSU.
