JSU CAREER: Played in 36 games in the 2021 campaign and started 21 games with 15 starts at second base and six starts at third base…had 76 plate appearances for the Gamecocks with four doubles on the season…reached base via hit by the pitch six times…committed only two errors on the season and finished the season with .976 fielding percentage.
2020: Filled an immediate need at second base after transferring into the program…played in all 15 games and started 11 games…finished with 40 plate appearances and seven hits on the season…posted hits in six of the 15 games-played…registered a pair of hits in JSU’s 9-8 win over Missouri (Feb. 16)…recorded a double in the second game of the weekend set with the Tigers (Feb. 15)…had two hits against Ohio Valley Conference competition with an RBI single at Eastern Illinois (March 7).
PRIOR TO JSU: Spent two season at Taft College in Taft California…played for Vince Maiocco at Taft…played in 83 games in two seasons and hit .320 over that span…collected 90 hits, including 24 extra base hits…recorded 51 RBI and 76 runs scored…finished with an on-base percentage of .464…swiped 24 bases, including 16 stolen bases as a freshman…prepped at Manuela Toro Morice High School.
