JSU CAREER: 2021: Made 16 appearances on the season including 11 starts on the bump for the Gamecocks… tossed 48.1 innings on the season which was fourth most on the staff…finished the season with a 5.03 earned run average… collected 58 strikeouts on the season, ranking second-most on the staff… mostly used as a midweek starter before making his way into the weekend rotation for the final four weekends.

2020: Made appearances during the first four weekends of the season and tossed 17.1 innings…collected 13 strikeouts and 13 hits…allowed five earned runs and finished with a 2.60 earned run average…tossed five innings in two of the four starts against Central Michigan (Feb. 22) and Gardner-Webb (Feb. 29)…tallied four strikeouts versus CMU and stuck out seven Runnin’ Bulldogs in the next outing…allowed just two hits over four innings against Missouri in the season debut.  

2019: Made his Gamecock debut on the opening weekend of the season against North Alabama…penciled in as JSU’s No. 2 starter in the weekend rotation to start the season….made 18 appearances on the mound in his first season on the collegiate level and tossed 55.2 innings…accumulated 64 strikeouts on the season and 30 earned runs…moved to the bullpen after the first two weekends of the season, but emerged late in the season as he moved back in to a starters role…shined in one of his last outings out of the bullpen against Auburn on April 9 with 3.2 innings of work and tallied seven strikeouts…started the second game of the last five Ohio Valley Conference weekends…in four of those five starts he went 5.0-plus innings and notched a pair of wins…was named to the All-OVC Freshman Team…turned in his best outing of the season against Austin Peay in the OVC Tournament on May 24…he pitched a season-best 6.2 innings, scattered seven hits and allowed a pair of earned runs…finished with eight strikeouts and walked just one in the outing…followed that outing with a superb 5.2 innings of work in the NCAA Oxford Regional against Illinois…he allowed the Fighting Illini just two hits and three runs along with four strikeouts.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Hazel Green High School…a key component to HGHS claiming the AHSAA Class 6A State Championship…The Trojans finished the regular season unranked, but knocked off No. 4 Oxford, No. 6 Austin, No. 7 Hueytown, No. 2 Cullman and defending state champ Helena….HGHS won three playoff series on the road and one at a neutral site…named to the Class 6A Alabama Sports Writers All-State First Team…led the Trojans to a 19-11 overall record in 2017…listed the fifth-best right handed pitcher prospect in the state of Alabama for the class of 2018 and the 13th ranked prospect in the state…a 2017 Perfect Game Underclass High Honorable Mention…named to the 2017 WWBA 2018 Grads or 17U National Championship All-Tournament Team as a member of the Triton Rays…tabbed to the 2017 WWBA 2018 Grads or 17U National Championship All-Tournament Team.
