PRIOR TO JSU: Started at Wallace State Community College in Hanceville, Alabama…appeared in 20 games in 2020 and 2021 combined…started a pair of games in the shortened 2020 campaign and picked up a save…tossed 8.9 innings and posted seven strikeouts…saw action in 15 games in 2021 and made two more starts on the mound…finished the season with 24.2 innings of work and tallied 30 strikeouts.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Albertville High School…played for head coach Matthew Lambert…member of the 2019 Alabama Sportswriter Association’s All-State Team as an infielder… helped the Aggies to three consecutive trips to the AHSAA state playoffs from 2017-19…participated in travel ball with Excel and competed in Perfect Game affiliated tournaments.
