(2013) Appeared in 14 games, making three starts on the mound…finished with an 0-1 record with a 6.38 ERA in 24.0 innings of work…allowed 28 hits, 21 runs and 17 earned runs while striking out 19 batters and walking 17 batters…made his first relief appearance against Kennesaw State on Feb. 17…made his first start of the season against Troy (3/19), throwing 3.2 innings…threw a season-high 4.1 innings in a start against Samford (4/2) while striking out a season best four batters…finished with six multiple-strikeout games…struck out three batters in 2.2 innings of work against Southern Illinois (2/23).

(2011) Made 11 appearances with five starts as a true freshman…finished with an 0-2 record with a 6.97 ERA in 31.0 innings…allowed 43 hits, 28 runs, 24 earned runs, 11 strikeouts and 15 walks…made his JSU debut in the home-opener vs Kennesaw State (2/23), where he allowed three hits and three runs…made the first of his five starts at Middle Tennessee (2/26), allowing just two runs in five innings with a career-best four strikeouts…had his longest outing of the season vs Harvard (3/6), pitching 6.0 innings and allowing seven hits, but did not earn a decision…also had starts against Southern Illinios (3/12), at Alabama (3/23) and at Samford (3/29)…allowed just one hit in 1/1 innings at Kennesaw State.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Oxford High School for former Gamecock Wes Brooks…was named to All-Area and All-County teams as a senior…broke the school record for strikeouts in a game with 19…was awarded the Ace Award as a senior…was a four-year letterman…was picked for the Top 100 Rawlings Team…was an honor student.
