JSU CAREER: 2020: Made five appearances out of the bullpen as a first-year player with the Gamecocks…made his JSU debut on opening day against Missouri (Feb. 14) with an inning of work…turned in a solid two innings against UAB (Feb. 19) with six strikeouts…finished the season with 9.2 innings pitched and 15 strikeouts…named to the OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Vestavia Hills High School in the Birmingham, Alabama area…coached by Jamie Harris at VHHS…helped lead one of the perennial baseball programs in the state of Alabama to the Class 7A Area 5 Championship as a freshman in 2016 as the Rebels reached the final four of the Alabama High School Athletic Association State playoffs in 2016 and 2017…finished 6-2 as a senior at VHHS with 98 strikeouts in 61.1 innings…tabbed to the Alabama Sports Writers Association’s Class 7A All-State Team as a designated hitter…earned the Rebel Award as a sophomore in 2017…named to the ASWA Class 7A All-State Baseball Team as a utility player…tabbed to AL.com's 2019 and 2018 All-Birmingham Team…finished the 2018 season 6-2 on the bump with an earned run average of 1.35 and posting 74 strikeouts and allowing 31 hits in 57 innings of work…also collected a pair of no-hitters as a junior in 2018…earned a spot in the 2018 AHSAA North-South All-Star game in Montgomery, Alabama…nominated twice for the top Birmingham Spring Sports Player of the Week as a junior…achieved Underclass All-American and All-Region status by Perfect Game…received interest from in-state programs Troy and South Alabama along with Coastal Carolina, East Carolina, Tulane, Houston, Louisiana, Southern Miss and Power 5 programs.
