JSU Career: 2016: Appeared in eight games during his first year as a Gamecock and transferring from Wisconsin…earned the start in seven-straight games during the middle of the season…finished the season with career highs in receptions (16), receiving yards (301) and touchdowns (1)…finished the season with the fourth most receptions on the team…made his Gamecock debut with a 3-catch, 50-receiving yard performance in JSU’s season opener against North Alabama on Sept. 1…hauled in his first career touchdown, 76 yards, a week later at LSU…recorded at least one catch in six of the seven games started…finished with multiple catches in five games…set a career single-game reception mark with five in a Top 25 Showdown against Coastal Carolina on Sept. 17.

PRIOR TO JSU: Spent the 2014 and ’15 season at Wisconsin University where he made his first career reception for 10 yards against Rutgers on Nov. 1, 2014…saw action against Auburn in the Outback Bowl on Jan. 1, 2015…played in nine total games as a true freshman before redshirting the following year.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Wayne County High School under Jody Grooms…rated a three-star recruit by ESPN.com, Rivals, Scout and 247 Sports…finished career with 199 catches for 3,613 yards (18.2 average) and 56 touchdown receptions…also rushed for 879 yards and 6 TDs…named All-State by Atlanta Journal Constitution and Associated Press as a senior after finishing with 1,483 receiving yards and 26 receiving touchdowns on 65 catches and rushing for 463 yards and 6 TDs…selected to play in Georgia Sports Alliance East/West All-Star Game following senior season…three-time All-Region selection…had 912 receiving yards and 12 TDs as a junior…recorded 705 receiving yards and 11 TDs as a sophomore…also a three-year All-Region pick in basketball…also lettered in track and field.
