2016: Saw action in three games over the course of the season, all of which were against Ohio Valley Conference opponents…was a member of an offensive line which helped open holes for JSU rushers to gain more than 3,000 yards on the ground and surpass the 5,000-total offense mark…made his season debut against Tennessee Tech when the Gamecock rushed for 249 yards…saw action the following week against Austin Peay when JSU ran for 256 yards…appeared against Eastern Illinois on Homecoming when Jax State ran for 312 yards.
2015: Made four appearances on the offensive line, including three Ohio Valley contests…saw action against Southeast Missouri State on Nov. 14 when JSU locked down its second straight conference title…was a member of an offensive line that led the way for an offense which set a single season school record for total offense with 7,613 yards and led the OVC in scoring offense averaging almost 40 points per game.
2014: Saw action in one game as a sophomore…inserted in to the offensive line against Tennessee State.

PERSONAL: Full name is Spencer Curtis Evans Watley…born March 7, 1994…son of Clark and Voncille Watley…has two sisters…majoring in industrial leadership technology.
