SUMMER BASEBALL: Played for the Southern Ohio Copperheads in Athens, Ohio, of the Great Lakes League in 2011.
 
JSU CAREER:
 
(2012) Appeared in seven games, all in relief…finished the season with 1-0 record…pitched 13.0 innings, giving up 19 hits, 10 runs, 10 earned runs with eight strikeouts and four walks…pitched a season high three innings twice on the year against UAB (2/28) and Eastern Illinois (5/17), where he struck out a season high three batters…struck out two pbatters in two innings of work against UAN (5/9).
 
(2011) Sat out the season as a redshirt
 
(2010) Played in five games, all in relief…finished the season with 6.2 innings on the mound, giving up 12 hits, nine runs, five earned runs with five strikeouts and four walks…had his best outing of the season against UAB, where he went 2.1 innings and gave up three hits and no runs with two stikeouts.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: Played for Rick Davis at Hoover High School…was a first-team All-Metro selection in 2008 and a second-team All-Region honoree…helped the Bucs to the 2008 Class 6A State Championship and was tied for most wins on the team with 10…tossed a complete game in the second game of a three-game State Championship series…the Bucs were back-to-back Region Champions in both 2008 and 2009…played in the East-West Lions game and also participated in the Top 100 showcase…was an honor student and a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish Honor Society.
 
PERSONAL: Full name is Robert Riley Lilly…son of Don and Leslie Lilly…born on May 24, 1991…has two younger sisters, Allison and Katie…his father, Don, played baseball at the University of Evansville…lists the Atlanta Braves as his favorite Major League team and Cliff Lee as his favorite player…majoring in Accounting at JSU.
