JSU CAREER:
2015: Appeared in two games against Chattanooga and Auburn…recorded two tackles against Auburn and a tackle for loss against the Tigers…suffered a season ending injury that allowed him to receive a medical redshirt.
2014: Played in all 12 games for the Gamecocks as a junior, starting against West Alabama on Sept. 20…recorded 28 tackles, 17 solo, including two for a loss…broke up a pair of passes…had a season-high five tackles at Murray State on Sept. 27…recorded four stops in each of the first two games of the season, at Michigan State on Aug. 29 and at Chattanooga on Sept. 6…had a tackle for a loss at UTC and assisted on tackles in the backfield against Tennessee Tech on Oct. 25 and Sam Houston State in the second round of the FCS Playoffs.
2013: Saw action in all 15 games for the Gamecocks as a sophomore…had 16 tackles, nine solo and one for a loss, while also recording a quarterback hurry…had three tackles in the Aug. 31 season opener at Alabama State, a game in which he also had one tackle in the backfield and was credited with a quarterback hurry…had a season-high four stops against Eastern Kentucky on Nov. 9…had multiple tackles in each of the Gamecocks’ first four games of the season.
2012: Saw action in two games against Tennessee Tech and Tennessee State…recorded a solo stop against TTU on Oct. 6.
HIGH SCHOOL: Played his senior year for Vincent Wiggins at Jeff Davis High School…won team Most Outstanding Linebacker Award as a senior after finishing with 64 tackles…played two years at Sidney Lanier High School before transferring to JDHS for his senior year.
PERSONAL: Full name is JaJuan L. Lee…born Jan. 18, 1994, in Montgomery, Ala…son of John and Arlene Lee…has two brothers, DeJohn and D’Quan, and two sisters, Johnelcia and Gabriel…majoring in exercise science and wellness at JSU.
