JSU CAREER:
2015: Appeared in 12 games for JSU…had one catch for 14 yards at Austin Peay on Oct. 24…was one of 15 different Gamecocks to haul in a reception for a team that set single-season school records in both pass receptions (256) and receiving yards (3102).
2014: Redshirted after missing the entire season with an injury.
2013: Saw action in all 15 games for the Gamecocks as a sophomore, earning the start at tight end four times…caught seven passes for 62 yards…opened the season with two catches for 29 yards at Alabama State on Aug. 31, including a season-long 21-yard reception…had two catches for 25 yards at Austin Peay on Nov. 2…had a tackle in the Murray State game on Sept. 28.
2012: Appeared in nine of the Gamecocks’ 11 games…finished the season with five catches for 63 yards…averaged 12.6 yards per catch…made his collegiate debut against Chattanooga on Sept. 8…recorded his first career catch against Eastern Kentucky on Sept. 22…finished the game with a season-best three catches for 45 yards…also had a long reception of 17 yards…caught one pass for seven yards against Southeast Missouri on Sept. 29…also caught one pass for 11 yards against UT Martin on Nov. 3.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at South Fort Myers High School and coached by Grant Redhead…helped guide the Wolfpack to a 12-1 mark and to district and regional titles in 2010…hauled in seven catches for an average of eight yards…turned in a pair of touchdowns…averaged 3.8 tackles per game on the defensive side of the ball and ranked fifth on the team in stops with 49…listed third on the team in sacks with five…also a member of the SFMHS basketball and baseball programs.
