HIGH SCHOOL: Played for his father, Brian Mintz, at Ragland High School…was a first-team All-District and All-Region performer as a senior after helping the Purple Devils post a 13-1 record and into the state semifinals…an All-County selection…was team captain as a senior…team claimed back-to-back Region Championships in 2010 and 2011…as a junior, team posted a 9-3 record and advanced to the second round of the state playoffs…honor student at RHS.
