JSU CAREER: 2017: Made an immediate impact on JSU’s defensive front after his transition from Savannah State…saw action in all 12 games and in a starting role in 10 of the 12 contests…made his Gamecock debut in the season opener with a start against Chattanooga (8/26) with three tackles, including a stop for a loss against the Mocs along with a QB hurry…recorded a tackle in 11 of the 12 games with a season-best five tackles on two occasions…collected five stops against Eastern Kentucky (10/14) and in Jax State’s postseason contest with Kennesaw State (12/2)…turned in 3.5 sacks in his first season at JSU with all 3.5 coming in the final four outings…tallied 1l.5 sacks for 16 yards versus UT Martin (11/11)…finished the season with 33 tackles with 5.5 tackles for a loss.
2016: Sat out the season after transferring from Savannah State.
PRIOR TO JSU: Enrolled during the summer of 2016 after transferring from Savannah State, where he racked up 37 tackles, seven tackles for loss, four quarterback hurries, three fumbles recovered, two sacks and one forced fumble in 10 games as a junior.
