HIGH SCHOOL: Attended Holtville High School and played for Kevin Hall (2011-16) and Michael Dismukes…a Class 4A First Team All-State selection by Alabama Sports Writers association…also earned all-area and all metro first team honors…helped the Bulldogs to a spot in the AHSAA Class 4A State playoffs after HHS claimed the Class 4A Ares 5 Championship…posted a 12-0 mark on the mound as a senior and had a stellar earned run average of 0.72 and posted 85 strikeouts…finished a solid prep career with 25 wins and an ERA of less than two and 150 strikeouts…played in the Dixie Lions Club’s East-West All-Star Game in 2015 and 2016.
