(2017): Made 26 appearances out of the bullpen and earning one start for the Gamecocks as a junior ... finished the season with a 4.11 earned run average, 0-2 record, one save,  41 strikeouts, 11 walks, 21 earned runs and 45 hits in 46.0 innings pitched … posted a 2.35 ERA in 16 appearances against OVC foes and limited opposing batters to a .216 batting average, the best mark by a pitcher returning for the 2018 season … concluded the season with a 1.000 fielding percentage … recorded four scoreless pitching appearances.

(2016): Shared team-high honors in appearances with closer Justin Hoyt with 25 outings in relief as a sophomore…posted a 2-1 record with wins over Belmont (4/30) and against UT Martin (5/21)…the win over UTM clinched second place for the Gamecocks and an opening round bye in the 2016 OVC Tournament…also collected a pair of saves against Valparaiso on opening day and preserved a JSU win against Eastern Illinois (3/25) after tossing the final four frames, which was a season-high…recorded a career high five strikeouts in 3.2 innings of work against Valparaiso (2/19)…turned in 47.2 innings of work out of the bullpen and surrendered 30 earned runs and striking out 39 batters, which ranked third on the club…limited batters to a .259 mark against him at the plate.

(2015): One of six new faces on the mound for JSU during the season…served as a middle relief guy out of the Gamecock bullpen…made 22 appearances out of the pen and claimed four 4-1 record…finished the season with 22 strikeouts in 32.1 innings pitched…allowed 22 earned runs and walked 12 as a freshman…did not allow a run in 13 of his 222 appearances…notched his first collegiate win against Auburn after tossing two complete innings, limiting the Tigers to one hit and struck out one…picked up his second win of the season against another in-state foe in Samford (3/25/15)…earned his first Ohio Valley Conference win against Tennessee Tech (4/11/15) after a clean inning…turned in a midweek win at Kennesaw State (4/18/15)…tossed a season-high 3.0 innings against SIU Edwardsville (3/8/15)…collected four strikeouts in the outing…named to the 2014-15 OVC Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Bob Jones High School in the Huntsville, Alabama area…coach by Jeff Bell and David Langston…posted a 13-5 record on the mound as a junior and senior…went 7-1 as a junior with an earned run average of 1.17…finished 6-4 as a senior with a 1.25 ERA…led the Patriots in earned run average and strikeouts…accounted for 110 strikeouts on the bump at BJHS…helped the Patriots to back-to-back Area Championships…claimed the Patriot Award for Leadership…named All-District Honorable Mention as a junior...an honor student at BJHS…a member of Mu Alpha Theta and the National Honor Society…named a Wendy’s Heisman nominee.

PERSONAL: Bborn on November 16, 1995 in Madison, Alabama…is the son of Jeff and Jennifer Chandler…a finance major at JSU…has a younger brother.
