2009 OUTLOOK: Had a good spring and impressed the coaches with his work ethic…enters the fall as the No. 1 runningback.

JSU CAREER:
2008: Appeared in 10 of the Gamecocks’ 11 games as a redshirt freshman…tied for the team lead and was second in the OVC in yards per carry with an average of 6.4…was third on the team with 206 yards on 32 carries…also scored two touchdowns…picked up six tackles…rushed seven times for 28 yards with a long of 11 versus Tennessee Tech (11/8)...had six yards on three rushing attempts against Austin Peay (11/1)...rushed four times for 27 yards and caught two passes for 17 yards versus Murray State (10/18)...had 10 yards on two carries and scored on an eight-yard touchdown against Eastern Kentucky (10/12)...rushed 11 times for 114 yards and scored JSU’s first touchdown of the game from 59 yards out against Southeast Missouri (10/4)...had 13 yards on three rushing attempts versus Alabama A&M (9/6)...made is collegiate debut against Georgia Tech (9/28).

2007: Sat out the season as a redshirt.

HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped for Cecil Flome at Parkview High School…was a four-year starter…had his best game against rival Berkman High School, where he had six carries for 103 yards…also lettered in track, where he helped set the Gwinnett County 4x4 record with a time of 3:19…track team also claimed a Region Championship.
