2008: Saw action in nine games with five starts…finished the year with 18 tackles, eight solos, five tackles for loss and two sacks…recorded a season-high four tackles against Southeast Missouri (10/4),..posted three tackles against Georgia Tech (9/28), UT-Martin (10/23) and Tennessee State (11/15)…had two tackles for loss against Tennessee State (11/15).
2007: Played in all 11 games…Made 14 tackles, 11 solo…Made four tackles for loss and was second on the team with three sacks and ranked 13th in the OVC…Finished season with three quarterback hurries.
2006: Played in all 11 games for the Gamecocks as a redshirt freshman…recorded 10 tackles, eight solo, including one for a loss…picked up his lone tackle in the backfield at Tennessee Tech on Oct. 28 for a four-yard loss…recorded a season-high three stops in the Samford game on Nov. 11…picked up his first career tackle on Sept. 16 against Southeast Missouri.
2005: Sat out the season as a redshirt.
HIGH SCHOOL: Prepped at Newman High School under Robert Herring… named Defensive Player of the Year… was named All-Region and All-County… nominated to North-South All-Star game… recorded 11 sacks, 63 tackles and two fumble recoveries for touchdowns… was also recruited by Minnesota, Ball State, UAB, Bowling Green…
