2008 SPRING OUTLOOK: Will once again be the starting snapper on field goals and extra points…is the backup to All-OVC center Reggie Wade.

JSU CAREER:
2008:  Played in eight games as a reserve offensive lineman and deep snapper…totaled 23 snaps with 15 positive plays for 65 percent on the season…graded 75 percent on pass plays and did not allow a sack…had two pancakes and three knockdowns…

2007: Saw action as the long snapper in all 11 games as a sophomore.

2006: Saw action in all 11 games in a reserve role on the offensive line and played a large role the JSU special teams…had one tackle vs. Furman on 9/2.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at Kennesaw Mountain High School for two years from 2004 and 2005 for Scott Jones…played his sophomore season as Osborne High School.

PERSONAL: Full name is Joshua Carroll…son of Ben and Linda Carroll…born on December 10, 1987…has one brother, Ben, and one sister, Amanda… majoring in technology.
