JSU CAREER:
2013: Saw action in eight games for the Gamecocks as a junior…recorded six tackles, four of which were solo, while also being credited with a pair of quarterback hurries…had two tackles vs. Eastern Kentucky on Nov. 9…recorded a QB hurry at Austin Peay on Nov. 2 and again on Nov. 30 vs. Samford in the First Round of the FCS Playoffs.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played running back, defensive end and linebacker at Upson-Lee High School under head coach Tommy Watson…also lettered in track and field.

PERSONAL: Full name is Montavious Jamal Skelton…son of Robert and Martha Skelton…born on March 6, 1991, in Thomaston, Ga…has three brothers, Rontavious and Javon Skelton, and Brodrick Smith…majoring in exercise science at JSU.
