2014: Appeared in all 12 games for the Gamecocks as a junior, serving in a backup linebacker role and as a standout on special teams coverage…totaled 24 tackles, 15 solo, while also picking up one sack and 2.5 tackles for a loss…had one interception and returned it 29 yards against UT Martin on Oct. 4…forced one fumble and broke up a pass…had a season-high seven tackles and one for a loss in his first game as a Gamecock at Michigan State on Aug. 29…had five tackles and a forced fumble against Tennessee Tech on Oct. 25…had five stops and a sack one week later vs. Austin Peay on Nov. 1.
PRIOR TO JSU: Played two seasons in the Mississippi Community College ranks at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College for Coach Steve Campbell…helped the Bulldogs to a playoff spot in the Mississippi Association of Community & Junior Colleges in 2011 and 2012…MGCCC claimed the South Division crown of the MACJC in 2011 with a 9-2 overall mark and a record in the division…posted 24 total tackles in nine games of the 2011 campaign, including seven stops for a loss…led the team in forced fumbles with three.
