HIGH SCHOOL: Played for David Powell at McAdory High School…helped the Yellow Jackets to the Class 5A Region 5 Championship after posting a 10-3 overall record and advanced to the third round of the state playoffs…a member of the MHS 2012 team that earned a spot in the Class 5A State Championship contest against Spanish Fort…the Yellow Jackets concluded the 2012 season with a 14-1 mark, averaging 27.2 points per game and allowing just 13.4 points per contest…also competed in track at MHS…member of the Yellow Jackets’ 4x200 meter relay team that claimed the AHSAA 5A State title with a time of 1:31.62…won the 5A state title in the 300 meter hurdles with a time of 40.40…claimed bronze in the 800 meter run at the 5A State Track & Field Championship.

PERSONAL: Full name is Jarrett Brown…was born on August 8, 1995…is the son of Giveer Ketchum…has one brother, Tanner and a sister, Madison…majoring in chemistry.
