JSU CAREER:
2018: Started in 12 games, making appearances in all 13 games in his junior year as a Gamecock linebacker…named to the Second Team All-OVC Defense…lead the team in tackles with a total of 88, including 47 unassisted…picked up 12 tackles for loss for a total of 24 yards loss…had one interception on the year against Tennessee State returned it 54 yards…his first career pick found was also his first career interception return for a touchdown…also recorded a career-high eight unassisted tackles in one game against Kennesaw State on Nov. 24…twice recorded 11 tackles in one game against Southeast Missouri State and Kennesaw State…picked up three tackles for loss against UT Martin for a loss of four yards…also recorded five quarterback hurries with a pass breakup.

2017: Saw action in all 12 games for Jax State on the defensive side of the ball…finished the season with 11 total tackles, including a stop-and-a-half for a loss…turned in multiple tackles in four games, including a season-high three tackles in the regular season finale against Tennessee State (11/16)…posted his first career sack against TSU. 

2016: Appeared in 11 games for the Gamecocks while making his collegiate debut in the season opener against North Alabama…finished the season with 13 total tackles, including 1.5 for a loss…set a career high with four tackles against Tennessee Tech on Oct. 8 before matching the total three weeks later against Eastern Illinois…recorded at least one tackle in seven games…credited with his first tackle for loss at Liberty on Sept. 24. 
2015: Sat out the season as a redshirt. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for head coach Sam Adams at Hillcrest High School in Tuscaloosa, Ala…helped the Patriots to a 9-4 record and into the third round of the AHSAA Class 6A Playoffs…was named to the West Alabama All-Star Team by the Tuscaloosa News…128 tackles, 98 solo as a senior for HHS and racked up 484 career tackles in his career with the Patriots.

PERSONAL: Born on July 26, 1997, in Tuscaloosa, Ala…the son of Gerald and Carlena Choice…has a brother, Jameson, and a sister, Jaida…majoring in sports management at JSU.
