JSU CAREER:
2013: Played in 14 of the Gamecocks’ 15 games as a sophomore, starting in 10 of them…a versatile player for the Gamecocks, he saw time at wide receiver, running back and was the team’s primary kick and punt returner…was third on the team with 34 catches and second on the squad with 441 receiving yards…tied for second on the team with two touchdown catches…had 18 rushes for 125 yards and a touchdown…returned 18 punts for an average of 8.6 yards and 18 kickoffs for an average of 26.1 yards and a long of 41 yards…hauled in a season-high eight catches for 87 yards in the Quarterfinals at Eastern Washington on Dec. 14…caught seven passes for 76 yards and a touchdown in the season opener at Alabama State on Aug. 31…ran a season-high seven times at Austin Peay on Nov. 2…had a season-high 80 rushing yards on three carries in the first round of the Playoffs vs Samford on Nov. 30, thanks to a 67-yard scoring run in the third quarter…also had a 47-yard touchdown catch and a three-yard touchdown pass in the Samford game.

2012: Saw action in 10 of the Gamecocks’ 11 games as a true freshman and emerged as a threat at wideout as the season progressed…finished the season with 11 catches and was fourth on the team with 257 yards…also hauled in a pair of touchdown catches…made his collegiate debut in the season opener at Arkansas and caught two passes for 42 yards, a 23-yard reception and a 19-yard catch…had his biggest week at Tennessee Tech on Oct. 6, when an 86-yard touchdown catch from Marques Ivory sparked a two-catch, 98-yard performance…it was his first career touchdown catch and went along with four kick returns for a total of 144 yards and four punt returns for 29 yards…totaled 275 all-purpose yards in the game…his second touchdown came on Oct. 27 vs. Murray State, a 41-yard toss from Ivory…had two catches in each of the last two games of the year vs. Austin Peay and at Florida.

HIGH SCHOOL: Played for Rayven Teague at Carrollton High School…was a three-time first-team all-district and all-region selection…helped the Trojans to a 10-2 record as a sophomore and was named Team Newcomer of the Year in 2009…helped team post a 14-1 record as a junior…had 98 carries for 1,019 yards and 20 touchdowns as a senior, while also having five kick returns for 488 yards and four touchdowns to help the Trojans post an 11-2 mark in 2011…finished his career with 195 carries for 2,513 yards and 31 touchdowns…also had 45 catches for 988 yards and 13 touchdowns…added 13 touchdowns on special teams, including seven in kickoffs and six on punts…also lettered in basketball and was a member of the CHS State Championship Track team…honor student at CHS.
