Biography

High School: Prepped at Signal Mountain High School, just outside of Chattanooga, Tennessee…also spent time at the Baylor School in Chattanooga…coached by Josh Gandy at SMHS…posted a .451 batting average as a junior for the Eagles…turned in 21 doubles and a trio of home runs…tallied a .400 batting average as a sophomore in 2015…earned the Silver Slugger Award in 2016…helped SMHS to a district and region championship in 2016…played for the Chattanooga Cyclones during the summer, coached by George Koontz…earned the best defensive award in 2016 with the Cyclones...claimed a spot on the Southern Wood Bat Tournament All-Tournament Team…batted over .300 in the league after posted 32 doubles, 2 triples and four home runs…accumulated 91 RBI and 76 stolen bases in 182 games played throughout the summer…wrapped up his SMHS career with 30 runs scored, 20 doubles and eight home runs…named First Team All-State as a senior and a two-time All-District performer.

Personal: Born February 29, 1999 in Chattanooga, Tennessee…the son of Moe and Donna Galbraith…dad played baseball at Tennessee Tech…majoring in sports management at JSU…named Mike Trout of the Los Angeles Angels as his favorite Major League Baseball player.
