2008 SPRING OUTLOOK: Should be a solid contributor again in 2008

JSU CAREER: (2007) Played in all 11 games…Made 13 tackles, eight solo and five assisted…had two unassisted and one assisted tackles vs Tennessee Tech…also had a pair of tackles vs Alabama State, Austin Peay and Samford.

(2006) Redshirted

HIGH SCHOOL: Played at East Paulding High School for Tim Glanton…was a two-time first-team All-State selection in 2004 and 2005 and was second-team All-State as a sophomore in 2003…posted his best game vs Gordon Central with 13 tackles and one sack…earned the Coca-Cola Golden Helmet Award in 2005…was an Academic All-State honoree…named Who’s Who Among American High School Students.

PERSONAL: Full name is Brett Lee Gloyd…son of Brett and Sebrina Gloyd…born on September 26, 1987…has two older sisters, Alisha and Arlye, and one younger brother, Bradley… majoring in Exercise Science and Wellness at JSU.
